Items to Assemble
9 Ham & Cheese Sandwiches
6 Roast Beef Roll Ups
9 bags mandarin oranges
9 bags of grapes
Prepackaged Items
(I priced this a while back and it is the same price as buying bulk and bagging my own. Save yourself the hassle and buy several packages when it is on sale)
9 cheese sticks
6 bags pretzels
9 bags chips
9 bottles of water*

*Most of the time they take refillable water bottles

Grocery List
1/2-3/4 lb deli sliced ham
1 lb deli sliced roast beef
1 loaf whole grain bread
6 whole grain tortillas
1 lb grapes
1 package cheese sticks
9 slices cheddar cheese (real cheese not processed)
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 bag salad greens
6 single serve bags of pretzels
9 single serve bags of chips
2 large cans of mandarin oranges
1 case of bottled water (this will last a few weeks)

You can find individual mustard and mayonnaise packets here. We just ask for extra when we get fast food and save them for lunches.

Assembly
Lay out 9 sandwich bags on counter
Place one piece of bread on each sandwich bag. Top with ham, cheese and bread. Place in baggies.

Place 6 tortillas on cutting board or counter.
Spread cream cheese on each tortilla.
Top with roast beef slices and lettuce.
Roll up, cut in half and place each in a sandwich bag.

Drain mandarin oranges in colander and spoon into 9 snack size bags.
Pluck grapes from stems, wash & dry and scoop into 9 snack size bags.

Clean off a shelf in the refrigerator and load it up with ready made items.

Hopefully it will look something like this...

Smile! You now have an extra 5-10 minutes each morning because lunches are done!

**Update** I forgot to say how much this all costs. It is about $25 which works out to $1.66 a lunch not including water or drink. That is less than a sodium packed lunchable and far more filling!
