PB&J Pancakes

1 C. flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 T sugar
1 egg
1 C. milk
1/2 C. creamy peanut butter (I think crunchy would be good too)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

Ladle batter onto large skillet or griddle and cook.

Warm 1 C. jelly (your favorite flavor) in the microwave until pourable.



These also tasted good with regular syrup!
